Type 7P.27 – Surge Protection Device (SPD)
Function and features:
Type 7P.27 surge arresters, SPD Type 2 (2 varistors) for single-phase TN systems with Neutral with varistor protection L, N-PE and replaceable varistor modules.
Available with remote contact for signaling the status of the varistor.
Features include:
- Suitable for AC and DC systems/applications for protection against induced and switching overvoltages
- To be installed on the border between zones LPZ 1 and LPZ 2
- Visual indicator of the varistor status – functional/to be replaced
- Signaling with remote contact of the varistor status. Connector (07P.01) included in the package (depending on the version)
- Varistor and spark gap modules, replaceable
- Compliant with EN 61643-11: 2012
- 35 mm rail (EN 60715) mounting, 17.5 mm per pole
