Flexibility and considerable time savings with the Finder MasterIN System

The Finder MasterIN System represents a real evolution from traditional modular relay interface modules with screw terminals.

The System brings ease and speed of wiring thanks to push-in technology, which enables fast connection of solid cables, or stranded cables with ferrules – simply by inserting them into the terminals.

The same simplicity is also found in the extraction of the cable, which is done by depressing the plastic release button with a screwdriver. This significantly reduces the time needed to wire these devices on an electrical panel, meaning time and cost savings.

With a wide variety of accessories, this range comprises the 48, 4C and 58 Series relay interface modules, and the ultra-slim 39 Series MasterINTERFACE.

These products include the following technical features (according to type):

• AC or DC coil
• 1, 2 or 4 change-over contacts rated from 7 A up to 16 A
• Rated voltage: 12 – 24 – 110 – 125 V DC or 12 – 24 – 110 – 230 V AC
• Supply status indication and EMC coil suppression modules
• 15.8 mm width (48 and 4C Series) and 31 mm (58 Series)
• Plastic retain and release clip (SPA version) or metal retaining clip (SMA version)

Areas of application can be as diverse as: Electrical panels, automatic warehouses, electro-medical/dental sectors, lifts and elevators, escalators, road equipment, tunnels, cranes, textile machines, shipyard applications and woodworking machines to name just some.

Accessories that complement the system include:

• 2, 6 or 8-way jumper links rated up to 10 A – 250 V, increasing connection flexibility even between different product series
• Thermal transfer marker tags for use with CEMBRE printers

At only 6.2 mm wide, the 39 Series is the ultimate space-saving solution.

Its compact dimensions and low power consumption make it truly versatile, not least because of the terminal doubler that fits all 39 Series with push-in technology.

This series features the following types of relay interfaces modules: MasterBASIC, MasterPLUS, MasterINPUT, MasterOUTPUT and MasterTIMER. All versions are available with electromechanical relays (EMR) or solid-state relays (SSR).

The MasterINTERFACE has a wealth of accessories including:

• Output fuse module for the protection of the output side of the relay, available with LED. The fuse holder has a window for easy visibility of the condition of the fuse
• 16-way jumper link rated 36 A – 250 V for multiple side by side connection
