Type 78.2A - Switch mode power supply
Function and features
Type 78.2A Switch mode power supply with high inrush output current capability and low standby power consumption. Delivers a nominal 24 V DC, 240 W output, with the output adjustable between 24 and 28 V.
Features include:
- High efficiency (up to 93%)
- Low consumption in stand-by (less than 1 W)
- LLC (78.1B) or forward topology (78.1D)
- Short circuit protection: Hiccup mode (automatic reset)
- Input fuse: Easily replaceable, with spare immediately to hand
- Overvoltage protection: Varistor
- EN 60950-1 and 61204-3 compliant
- Parallel connection for higher load current (with OR diode)
- Dual polarity and serial connection possible – 35 mm rail (EN 60715) mounting
