Type 7P.37 - surge arrester (SPD)
Function and features
Type 7P.37 surge arresters, SPD Type 3 for systems with TT and TN-S neutral Single-phase applications for recessed installation (503 boxes) and on DIN rail. Allows serial connection by optimizing protection for loads up to 16 A. Remote signaling of the varistor status thanks to the built-in relay – changeover relay with gold-plated contacts for switching very low currents. L-N/N-PE protection in 17.5 mm. Assembly on 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715).
Features include:
- Protects sensitive electrical and electronic devices from impulse overvoltages
- 1 + 1 configuration for a low Up value (residual voltage).
- Compliant with EN 61643-11: 2012
