With an area of 38,410 square meters, around 10,000 seats and 5 floors, the multipurpose hall in Cluj - Napoca is the largest and most modern sports and cultural center in Romania.

For this building, “green” solutions have been designed and used that allow the lowest possible expenditure of energy and respect for the environment, all this with an investment of about 16 million Euros.
A building of such large dimensions brings with it the difficulties related to the management of light. That is why in the design of the multipurpose room in Cluj-Napoca Finder’s “green” solutions were integrated, to allow the least energy expenditure while maximizing the respect for the environment.
About 300 units of Finder’s Series 18 motion and presence detectors were used to manage lighting in offices, walkways, bathrooms. Suitable for detecting the movement of people in a limited area, through the verification of passive infrared temperature differences (PIR sensor), the motion detectors are in fact easily placed in environments where lighting is only needed when occupancy is detected.
