PARQUE DA CIDADE CONDO
The Condomínio Parque da Cidade was designed with the aim of sustainable urban planning where comfort, mobility and energy efficiency represent primary aspects.

Finder was invited by Temon Engenharia, the company responsible for the design and execution of the works, to collaborate by providing motion and presence sensors for dynamic lighting control in environments such as bathrooms, stairs and places with a high energy expenditure.
The challenge of this project was to install efficient and reliable devices for functional lighting control in spaces and places where, usually, there is a greater expenditure of energy caused by the movement of people and permanent lighting.
The installation of motion detectors and Finder presence prevented the use of artificial lighting when not necessary, resulting in greater environmental benefits and on the cost reductions. Today the Parque da Cidade is recognized by the Green Building Council as an ecological building.
